The objective of this project was to develop a fully customizable Performance Management and Engagement Tool that facilitates effective goal setting, performance tracking, feedback, and employee recognition. The tool aims to align employee performance with organizational objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive employee engagement and retention. By leveraging advanced analytics and customizable features, the tool will provide valuable insights for informed decision-making and adapt to the unique needs and culture of each organization.

Timeline:

The project was executed in five phases over a period of 10 months:
